We will contact you and verify the space you selected will work for your trailer/vehicle. We will schedule a time to show you the facility to make sure it’s a good fit for both you and for us.

Typically, a 20ft boat has an extra 2-3feet off the back (depending on if its an outboard, IO, or inboard) and there is the added length of the trailer tongue. This can make the actual space required to equal 25ft or 30ft.

We offer 5ft increment sizes, from 20ft up to 50ft. For this example, with a a 32ft requirement you would be renting a 35ft space.

Yes of course you can! In fact if your on a 6 month or yearly plan we will refund you the prorated share of the contracted amount from the time your property leaves the facility.

No we don’t, we only store boats and RV’s. There may be exceptions for some utility trailers or work vehicles. Everything on our lot is in good shape and good working order. We will not store your junk!

1 yr, best for those that know you are going to need long term storage. If things change we will prorate the refund for the yr.

6 months, only if you’re afraid of the yr commitment… we understand.

Month to month, this is automatically withdrawn from your bank or Credit card (your choice) monthly, can be canceled at anytime. We think you will be happy with your space. Requires first and last month's rent.

Yes, just give us a call. We will need to verify its you before we do so.

You have 5 days to remove your vehicle from the spot. If this is not possible, please call us! We will work with you but if we don’t hear from you, it will be towed at your expense.
